Online psychotherapy aims to improve an individuals well-being and mental health, to resolve or reduce troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills.

We currently offer psychotherapy via Skype, Zoom or telephone.

Face to face psychotherapy is offered at our sister company, Lewis Psychology CIC.
